Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on any orders for any reasons other than if your item is damaged or defective.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact DyosaCosmetics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to submit a request for exchange on your item/s and if eligible for an exchange, we will replace your order at no cost to you. To see if you are eligible for an exchange on your item/s, the following information in your request for exchange is required:- Order #

- Picture/s of your damaged or defective item/s
